My name is Muhammed Yazar, I was born in Baghdad-Iraq, completed my education there, after my graduation from university, I started my professional life with my own business, beside that I started a new educational life and graduated from second university
My Story
After a career of prosperous industry & Trade business in Baghdad, I moved to Dubai, pursuing new opportunities.

In 2005, I received an offer to work in Istanbul in the field of sales and marketing in Home Textile, marking a significant shift in my career.

Accepting the challenge, I transitioned to a job that was a far cry from my previous roles but still in sales and marketi, embracing the new environment and professional demands.

My journey reflects a dedication to personal and professional growth, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to explore new horizons.

This move to Istanbul represents a pivotal moment in my career, underscoring my commitment to evolving and succeeding in diverse settings.

The common denominator in my professional life is working in sales and marketing.

Decades after in Trade and Marketing business in differnt countries, I have bank of databse of International customers and have very good local and International connections with companies, factories and suppliers.

In 2020 I start officially my Real Estate business after several years of being close to this sector.
